The project is equipped with a large vertical raw material silo, precisely hoisted into place by a large crane, enabling the closed storage and stable conveying of raw materials such as cement and sand. The supporting belt conveyor is robust in structure and provides smooth transport, effectively ensuring the continuity of raw material supply.

 

2. High-Efficiency Drying System

The core drying equipment adopts a large drum dryer, which can quickly control the moisture content of raw materials, improving mortar quality from the source. During the equipment installation process, the technical team meticulously calibrated the system to ensure stable operation under high loads.

 

3. Intelligent Mixing and Conveying System

The installation of the mixer and conveying pipelines is proceeding smoothly. Precise pipeline connections and sealing effectively prevent dust spillage, ensuring a clean and safe production environment.

The low-voltage power control cabinet has been installed and commissioned. The fully automated control interface is clear and intuitive, providing reliable technical support for subsequent efficient production.
