5TPH Dry Mortar Production Line was Shipped to Congo

 On December 22, 2025. CORINMAC's 5TPH(ton per hour) dry mortar production line with sand drying production line was successfully loaded and shipped to Congo.

 

The whole set of 5TPH dry mortar production line equipment including ton bag un-loader, screw conveyor, weighing hopper, manual feeder for chemical additives, single shaft paddle mixer, steel structure, finished product hopper, impeller packing machine for valve bag, PLC control cabinet, air compressor and spare parts, etc.

 

The whole set of sand drying production line equipment including 5T wet sand hopper, belt feeder, belt conveyor, three-circuit rotary dryer, burning chamber, burner, vibrating screen, steel structure, draught fan, cyclone dust collector, impulse bags dust collector, control cabinet and spare parts, etc.

Weighing and Screening Equipment were Delivered to Malaysia

  On May 12, 2025, CORINMAC’s weighing and screening equipment were delivered to Malaysia. The equipment including vibrating screen, screw conveyor, weighing hopper, and spare parts, etc.   If the raw material such as sand requires a specific particle size, a Vibrating screen is needed to screen the raw sand and control its size.
