Our Vertical Dry Mortar Production Line is a smart combo, handling sand drying and standard mortar production all in one. Raw sand gets processed through a triple-pass dryer and a vibrating screen to become finished sand. Then, it's mixed with cementitious materials, various additives, and other raw materials according to a specific recipe in the mixer, creating high-quality dry powder mortar. Finally, it's mechanically packaged and ready for the market!

Key equipment includes raw material storage silos, screw conveyors, weighing hoppers, an additive batching system, bucket elevators, pre-mixed hoppers, dust collectors, mixers, packaging machines, and a sophisticated control system.
