This sand, along with binders like cement and gypsum, and various additives, are precisely mixed in a mixer according to a specific formula. The resulting dry mortar is then mechanically packaged. The pre-mixed hopper, the additive batching system, the mixer and the packaging machine are arranged on the steel structure platform from top to bottom, which can be divided into single-floor or multi-floors structure.
